"Food Packages" is the first italian journal exclusively dedicated to food packaging. Our aim is to create an in-depth, updated focus from every standpoint, in order to fulfill the needs of those who work in this area.

"Food Packages" is the first italian journal exclusively dedicated to food science and packaging. Our aim is to create an in-depth, updated focus on food packaging from every standpoint, in order to fulfill the needs of those who work in this area. Our purpose is also to improve communication among researchers, who will use our journal as the ideal tool to let the industries know about their researchs and findings. Although technical and specialized, the journal is directed not only to researchers, but also to techincians and marketing people working in the industries. We want “Food Packages” to be a lively journal, that allows a sinergical approach among scientists, stimulating new ideas and fastening their application within the industries. So, we create a link between researchers and industries, finding an ideal balance between technological potentialities and maketing strategies, the art of design and the limits of technical applicability.
