The 5th Pan-European High Security Printing Conference takes place in Spring 2008 in Prague, Czech Republic. The Honorary Sponsors at Prague are to be Státní Tiskárna Cenin, the Czech Republic State Security Printing Works.
The premier regional security printing Conference for Russia and Eastern Europe, Cross Conferences attracts Central Banks and other government authorities whose interests are currency, e-passports and related security printing issues. Sponsors and Exhibitors are well known in the industry and the Honorary Sponsors are usually the host country's Central Bank or Note Printing Works. Cross Conferences have an established background of attracting quality attendees.
The event will consist of a 2-day Conference with presentations from Speakers who are experts in their field together with a trade exhibition of approximately 30 exhibitors in currency, e-passports and related industries. Social events provide the opportunities for informal networking and include a Welcome Cocktail Reception on the Tuesday evening before the conference begins and a Gala Dinner on the evening of the first day of the conference.
Previous Conferences in the region were held in Budapest (2007), Sofia (2006), Kiev (2005), Berlin (2004), St Petersburg (2003), Budapest (2002) and Moscow (2001).
• Sponsors
Three categories of commercial sponsorship offer different levels of promotion for the sponsoring companies, as outlined below. All sponsorships include an exhibition area and at least 1 delegate (booth attendant) place.
* The Premier Sponsor is the main commercial sponsor of the conference and seminar. The Premier Sponsor will be provided exhibition space in a prime position.
* Gold Sponsors will be allocated exhibition space in a prime position and there are four sponsorships available:
- Welcome Cocktail Reception
- Gala Dinner
- Lunch Breaks
- Refreshment Breaks
* Silver Sponsors will be provided with a 3x2 exhibition booth in the Sponsors exhibition area and the available sponsorships include:
- Conference Binder
- Conference Bags
- Farewell Drinks
- Security Name Badges

• Exhibition
The Prague exhibition opens during the Welcome Cocktail Reception and runs alongside the 2-day Security Printing Conference. Exhibition fees include 1 booth and 1 booth attendant (delegate) and additional exhibitors must register as delegates. Approximately 30 booths will be available. The Welcome Cocktail Reception and Farewell Drinks are held in the exhibition area to maximise booth visitors.
The exhibition at Prague will be located alongside the conference hall and comprise a mix of 3x2m Standard Booths and 2x1 Mini Booths. Standard booths are for companies wishing to display goods or machinery and/or have space for seated discussions. Mini booths are suitable for small companies requiring only to display literature and with only 1 representative attending to man the booth.
